在近期的《血液》杂志中，刊登了一项Kim等人做的一项荟萃分析，比较嵌合抗原受体（CAR-T）细胞疗法和双特异性抗体在三线及以后治疗复发/难治性大B细胞淋巴瘤（R/R DLBCL）的安全性和有效性。先说要点：

CAR-T细胞疗法在DLBCL治疗中显示出优于双特异性抗体的疗效，CR率更高。

CAR-T细胞治疗显示出比双特异性抗体更高的≥3级不良事件发生率。

概述

作者搜索了MEDLINE、Embase和Cochrane数据库，找到了截止到2023年7月所有评估CAR-T细胞疗法和CD20×CD3双特异性抗体作为R/R DLBCL的三线及以后治疗的临床研究。合并分析纳入了16项研究，共1347名患者。

分析显示，双特异性抗体的合并CR率为0.36（95%置信区间[CI]，0.29-0.43），而CAR-T细胞治疗的合并CR率为0.51（95%CI，0.46-0.56）（P
